C O M M I S S I O N S

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, SatsukiDoodles (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

  • Feel free to ask for progress shots.

  • Full payment after sketch.

  • Don't rush me but do remind me as I am forgetful.

  • I have the right to refuse any commission requests I don't feel comfortable with or don't want to do.

  • Don't feed any of my works to AI :(

  • If you put character art on sites like Toyhouse, credit me as the artist! :D

A D O P T S

  • No reselling at a higher price than what you've paid for unless they have extra art.

  • Do not resell/retrade shortly after purchase until you've had them for about two weeks.

  • You can redesign him if you want just don't stray too off and make him unrecognizable! :)

  • Do not claim as your own, trace, feed it to ai or nft it etc.

  • Do whatever you want as long as you credit the design as mine and not delete it. You can edit, (as long im credited as base) redesign it as much as you want, just don't remove the OG art/design or delete it. Just send them back to me.

  • Don't fetishize or make it something weird like any of the basic dni stuff (zoophilia, pro shipping w them etc.)

  • NSFW or any suggestive stuff with my designs are cool too, just make sure to mature lock them from minors or hide it in a tab that's mature locked and that they're actually ADULTS. Most of my designs don't have an age so you can choose whatever age they are, but don't make any NSFW stuff on characters that YOU chose the age for that is absolutely not acceptable for any of that kind of crap. If I find you doing that you WILL be blacklisted and I'm getting my design back.

  • Just Auth me if you do auth only any of my designs, I just wanna be able to see my designs just to see how they're doing. (This is mainly for Toyhouse)

C U S T O M S

  • Be patient

  • You may ask me to add any changes as much as you want.

  • You may redesign them as much as you want, just make them still recognizable. Basically don't turn them into a completely different person.

C O N S E Q U E N C E S

  • You will be blacklisted; You can't commission anything from me anymore/can't get adopts or customs.

  • You will be blocked; Self explanatory
